I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great, with access to the Colorado National Monument just south of town which was an unexpected treat! The accommodations were really nice; my room had a very comfortable king bed, a refrigerator, and a microwave. However, the customer service could improve, as I had to wait quite a while to check in because the desk clerk was chatting with other guests.

I arrived at the hotel with my family and friends hoping for a nice stay, but we were disappointed to find the pool and hot tub were closed, which wasn't mentioned on the website.
